Asphalt Sealcoating
Our cold tar sealcoating process begins with cleaing and trimming your driveway. Once the lot/drive is dry and cleaned, we will apply our cold tar sealcoat. It typically takes up to 24-48 hours for the sealcoat to dry before using. Cold tar sealcoating involves a sprayed or squeegeed mixture of water, asphalt, and various additives onto the surface of the pavement. The sealer dries and hardens to form a protective barrier against water, UV rays, and other damaging elements.
